About Paula

Paula Bellwood has been operating her business of Eumundi Hairdressing and Barber from a quaint historical cottage for 5 years and has been in Eumundi for 8 years all up, running her mobile Hairdressing service and working weekends at her salon in the Old Butterfactory Markets before finding the great little spot she has today.

Trained in Brisbane, Paula worked in city hairdressing salons before opening her own business in the Old Ginger Factory Buderim prior to moving to Eumundi in February, 2000.

Paula loves the vibrancy of the area and it's people. Despite the link with Eumundi's history, Paula is up to date with latest technology in hair styling and products. For something thats new and Innovative, why not try dreads, row braids or hair extensions. She now has a complete Organic System of certified organic ingredients.

Specialising in African braiding, hairwraps and dreadlocks, Paula's repertoire is vast and innovative."Not too many people specialise in these kinds of fashions," Paula says.
"African braids, also known as cornrowing can be done a variety of ways, such as straight back, off to the side and criss-crossed." A wide range of dread bead wraps offer that something different and complement any hair length.

Dreadlocks and African braiding are also suitable for any hair length. A full head of braiding starts from $90 for thick braids and from $135 for medium to thick braids.

With more than 25 years Hairdressing experience, Paula caters for the entire family, with ladies' stylecuts, men's haircuts and specials for children.
